I can offer Personal Training sessions on a one-to-one basis for people looking to improve their general fitness and lose weight. I am also able to offer ante and post natal exercise advice and programmes to keep you fit and healthy during your pregnancy and after.
A free consultation with any prospective client is always undertaken so that requirements & aims are fully understood.
I also offer a group class which provides new Mums with an opportunity to get back in shape in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Buggies and babies are welcome at these sessions which are held in Basingstoke.
